By the check-in there is required a credit card guarantee or deposit (200 EUR) for possible damage of the apartment or for the loss of keys. The deposit slip will be discarded or returned to the client after check-out, after the apartment will be checked by cleaning lady.
Spalena apartments are very modern and newly furnished. There are 5 types of apartments in the building:
2x - 1-bedroom apartment (60 m2) is suitable for up to 6 persons, has one bedroom (1 double bed + single bed, 2 single beds on request), living room (sofa, dining table with 4 chairs, TV), kitchen (electrical stove, fridge/freezer), bathroom (bathroom, WC, wash-basin)
1x - 2-bedroom apartment (80 m2) is suitable for up to 7 persons and has two bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds + others on request), living room (sofa, dining table with 4 chairs, TV), bathroom (bath with shower, WC, wash-basin), kitchen (electrical stove, fridge/freezer)
2x - 3-bedroom apartment (110 m2) is suitable for up to 11 persons and has three bedrooms (2 double beds, 5 single beds, others on request), living room (sofa, dining table with 4 chairs, TV, Kitchen), bathroom (bathroom with bathtub + shower corner, WC, wash-basin)
2x - 3-bedroom Superior apartment (120 m2) is suitable for up to 12 persons and has three bedrooms (2 double beds, 5 single beds, others on request), living room (sofa, dining table with 4 chairs, TV), kitchen (electrical stove, fridge/freezer), 2 bathrooms (2 Bathrooms with bathtub + shower corner, WC, wash-basin)
1x - 4-bedroom apartment (140 m2) is suitable for up to 15 persons, has four bedrooms (2 double beds, 8 single beds, others on request), living room (sofa, dining table with 4 chairs, TV), kitchen (electrical stove, fridge/freezer), 2 bathrooms (bathtub + shower corner, WC, wash-basin )
NOTICE:
As there is no reception in the apartments, we strongly recommend to use our inexpensive transfer service - keys will be delivered to you by our driver. If going by train, please wait for the driver on the platform where you arrive!
In case, that you for any reasons don't wish us to arrange transfer to the apartments, please note, that you can collect the keys at main office of the apartments at : Holeckova 13, Prague 5. The main office of the apartments is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. More info and directions (if requested) will be stated in your final confirmation.
