By the check-in there is required a credit card guarantee or deposit (200 EUR) for possible damage of the apartment or for the loss of keys. The deposit slip will be discarded or returned to the client after check-out, after the apartment will be checked by cleaning lady.

This freshly decorated and furnished apartment located in newly reconstructed building on the river bank of the Vltava river will provide spacious and comfortable stay throughout everyday of your holiday.

There are 10 apartments in the building.

4x  River View Classic (5+2) each for 7 people max, 82m2, with two separate bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds + others on request) ,where one bedroom also serves as the living room ( sofa, dining table with 4 chairs, SAT TV ),kitchen ( el. stove, fridge/freezer ) and bathroom( bath with bathtub ) with WC ( wash-basin)

2x  River View Large (6+3),  9 persons max.,95m2,with two separate bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds + others on request) ,living room ( sofa, dining table with 4 chairs, SAT TV ),kitchen ( el. stove, fridge/freezer ) and bathroom( bath with bathtub ) with WC ( wash-basin)

4x  River View Grande (7+3), 10 persons max., 155m2, with three bedrooms( 2 double beds, 2 single beds + others on request) - one of  the bedroom also serves as the living room (sofa, dining table with 4 chairs, SAT TV ),kitchen ( el. stove, fridge/freezer ) and bathroom( bath with bathtub ) with WC ( wash-basin)



NOTICE:

As there is no reception in the apartments, we strongly recommend to use our inexpensive transfer service - keys will be delivered to you by our driver. If going by train, please wait for the driver on the platform where you arrive!

In case,  that you for any reasons don't wish us to arrange transfer to the apartments, please note,  that you can collect the keys at main office of the apartments at : Holeckova 13, Prague 5. The main office of the apartments is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. More info and directions (if requested) will be stated in your final confirmation.
