Very ok large and quit apartment. Great location. Near hot spots and centre.
Not luxurous but very comfortable. Good taxi-service.

We were very very pleased with this apartment. The location is very good, just outside the city center, and it's QUIET, and cool even during hot summer days. It's not modern, and not particularly beautifully decorated, but who needs that (at least for that price)? It is quite large - larger then we expected, even though it's a bit dark (not a lot of daylight), but that didn't bother us. Kitchen facilities are somewhat limited - don't expect te be cooking here - but in Prague you usually eat out anyway, and there's a fridge so that's all you need.
Also, pick-up from the airport was friendly and accurate.

Overall, this is without a doubt the best city accomodation we ever had (being used to noisy youth hostels and cheap hotels).

Appartamento molto grande con tutto il necessario per potervi abitare, la cucina è un pò essenziale (una piastra elettrica ed un microonde) ma sufficiente, il bagno è decisamente piccolo in rapporto alla capacità dell'appartamento ma è sufficientemente pulito e sembraa essere stato rinnovato da non molto tempo.
Complessivamente un buon posto, anche in considerazione che permette di raggiungere senza difficoltà il centro storico della città (noi avevamo anche un passeggino).

You can't ask for more in an apartment, when not wanting a hotel. Price is very low for what you get. Location is in the middle of the city with a supermarket down the street and a very cool local bar is literally around the corner. I take this apartment everytime I come to Prague.

The apartment is settled in a small road on Vidocka (150 metres south from Winceslaw square). The amazing thing of the location is that you could reach one of the main 'touristic' square in 5 minutes but also a very calm neighborhood of the 'real' Prague in 3 minutes. The owner is very kind and nice. We didn't need his help but we read the apartment's guestbook and we saw he usually helps and gives lots of advice if you ask. 5 people can sleep in the flat. I think this accomodation is quiete cheap, especially compared to hostel/hotel rooms prices.

Very nice apartment, very centrally localized. For the price, the size and location of the apartment, this is a bargain. Apartment was clean and very spacious, was a nice place to go back to after a long day of walking. 5 min. walk to wenceslas square, 10-15 mins to charles bridge. Very nice, will stay here again when we come through.

The owner was late. He said it was a communication problem. We specified that we would ONLY call him when we are late. But we weren't late. We were 30 minutes earlier. Then we called Athos - who called him (this was really fast!) - Then he came with 1 hour and a Half later. We were with 2 kids underaged - and it didn't start good. We manage to park for free - but it's hard to find.
I suggest strongly for young families to go to the zoo- with the car it's reachable.
On Athos' side I have not much to say.
The Owner was friendly but late.

Excellent value for its location and size. Close to nightlife and within easy walking distance from the old square (our favorite place). Apartment was perfectly clean, though basic, and the owner was pleasant and attentive. The only problem was the building work going on nearby, even on Sunday morning! However I should think this is only temporary and the area is otherwise quiet. I was relieved to only bump in to a couple of rowdy stag/hen parties there after hearing the place was swarming with them, Prague actually has a wonderfully peaceful atmosphere making it a great choice for couples and families too. I'd happily go back tomorrow!

L'appartamento è grande abbastanza per starci in 6!noi eravamo solo 3!!la doccia è magnifica...spaziosa...e con il box!..la cucina ..beh...si puo' fare solo il latte al mattino....

Il punto di forza è la location...vicino a piazza Venceslao..davvero comoda!
Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo. Notevole è il bar italiano all'angolo della strada!
Potrebbe essere meglio curata la pulizia delle stanze e della biancheria del letto.

I stayed in Apt-1. Cooking is not an option as there is only a portable electric ring and very few utensils. Luckily eating out is a good option or getting cooked meats etc. from Tesco which is 20 min walk away. Most of Prague is within walking distance from this apartment which is its real selling point and still away from the noisey nightclubs etc. Recommend it for families. We are a family of two parents with two girls with the space in the apartment more than adequate. Prague itself is very much worth a long Weekend or more and we loved it. However accommadation in Prague is very much more expensive when compared to food and drink - which I thoroughly enjoyed frequently. Bottles of beer can be got in a supermarket around the corner on the main street called Zitna and open to midnight. Also bring back your empty bottles to get a 3CZK refund. Not bad when the beer itself is about 8CZK = 0.26€

I've stayed in apartment number 1.
The building is situated ideally, as it is in a peacefull street, close to everything of interest - but still a few minutes away from the crowd of tourists. It is like your own private "haven".
The apartment is not luxurious - but you'll find most of what you need.
I'll want to go back!
