This was a very comfortable, clean and totally charming hotel, full of character, with beautifully and tastefully decorated rooms. Our room had a great view over the lovely courtyard, and was very quiet, considering its proximity to the main tourist attractions. The location was excellent, under a minute from the Old Town Square. The breakfasts were delicious, the cafe in the reception area was a great place to relax after a days sightseeing, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and hope to stay there again.

This was a very nice hotel - just down the street from the Market Square and all the major attractions, which made it ideal for sightseeing. The hotel has lots of charm. Although the bathroom appears to have been completely renovated, it could use some improvement with the addition of a shower curtain and some storage or landing space for toiletries and clothes. The buffet breakfast was wonderful, and the breakfast room staff very cheerful.

- Closet space was limited. The bathroom was completely renovated, but lacked shelf or bench space to hold toiletries. Also, the tub had no shower curtain, only a hand held shower spray, so showering was a bit of a challenge and not entirely up to Western European hotel standards.

We had a fantastic holiday in beautiful Prague. The hotel was amazing. The room was clean, large and beautifully furnished. The bathroom was fabulous and the staff friendly and accomadating. But best of all was the location - right by the old town square. This is my second time visiting Prague and I definitely will come again and without a doubt will stay in the beautiful Hotel U Zlateho jelena.

Hotel was very convenient and clean. But the room could have used a few more amenities to make it more comfortable e.g. mirror in room, chest of drawers etc.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

fantastic location near Old City Square, just behind the TYN so you can easily walk through the centre of the city. good breakfast, clean room. helpful staff. recommended.
