Het Art Nuveau pand waarin dit hotel gevestigd is is in 1884 gebouwd door de beroemde tsjechische architekt Frantisek Heberle. De gevel is met prachtige beelden en rijke bossage versierd. Recentelijk is het gerenoveerd tot het nieuwe 4-sterren Golden Tulip Prague Terminus Hotel, dat in september 2003 de eerste gasten binnenliet.
