Panorama Hotel Prague - Gast reviews

Overall a first class hotel. We paid extra for the executive rooms and were not disappointed. However we were disappointed that on our arrival despite telling the duty concierge that we had booked executive rooms we were not offered the executive check in. On the first morning we were unfortunate enough to ask the concierge who had checked us in about the breakfast arrangements and he neglected to tell us that as executive guests we were allocated reserved places in the executive dining room. As a result we did not get the executive breakfast on the first day.

Once we had found out about the arrangements for executive guests the rest of the stay was first class and for the small amount extra to pay it was well worth the upgrade.
