The recently-renovated residence dates from 1901 and retains its original facade, stucco decorations, stained-glass windows, forged railings and woodcarvings around the doorways. It is equipped with up-to-date technology, for instance, magnetic key cards for all doors and an entrance under 24-hour video surveillance. The apartments are spacious, comfortably furnished and well-appointed with a range of modern amenities.

Apartments can accommodate up to 5 people and feature light decor with coordinated fabrics, wooden floors, painted wooden furniture. Quite and comfortable bedrooms are separated by a hallway. Each of the luxury apartment is fitted with stylish, natural wooden furniture and features - satellite TV with over 140 channels in many languages, safe and free internet access, hair dryer, coffee/tea making facilities.
