Moet men voor uw diensten betalen?

Nee, voor onze diensten hoeft men niet te betalen. Slechts de transfers naar de hotels worden betaald.
Welk gedeelte in Praag beveelt u aan voor verblijf?
Antwoord:
Nou, mensen verschillen maar... Praag is heel speciaal vergeleken met andere toeristische steden omdat alle interessante dingen te zien en te doen (historische bezienswaardigheden, sfeer en charme, culturele gebeurtenissen, nachtleven, winkels) vindt men in een relatief klein gebied van het centrum. De Oude Stad (Staré Mesto) en Kleine Zijde (Malá Strana) zijn de meest centrale buurten, aan beide kanten van de Karelsbrug. Daarom stellen we voor om direct in het stadscentrum te verblijven, waar u alles uitsluitend te voet kunt verkennen. Het lijkt beter om wat extra voor huisvesting te betalen dan uw waardevolle tijd en energie in het openbare vervoer te verspillen en s'nachts uw geld aan de Praagse taxi's te spenderen.
Question: Can we order transfer to the hotel (pension, apartment) and how much does it cost?
Antwoord:
Yes, you can. You could be expected with Athos Travel plate in front of exit from the terminal on the airport (30 min after the expected time of you arrival) or on the platform on the railway (bus) staion. (at the time of arrival). The price for the transfer form the airport is 550 Czk (approx 15 USD) or 200 Czk (approx 5- 6 USD) from the train station. The price given is for one car with max. 4 persons + driver and icludes also the map of the city center. The transfer is of course possibile for both ways. Just fill your request in the order form with all neccesary details.
Question: How do we pay for our transfer, acommodation, tour, or car rental?
Antwoord:
For transfer you pay to the driver.
For accommodation at the hotel reception (doesn´t have to be immediatly after check in) or at the apartment after check in.
For tours you pay to your guide.
For car rental you pay after recieving documents and keys from the car.
Your credit card will not be charged. We only collect your credit card information to guarantee your reservation. Than it would be charched corresponding to our cancellation policy.
Question: What are your cancellation policy?
Antwoord:
For accommodation: Cancellations must be made no less than two days prior to your scheduled arrival. Failure to do so will result in a charge of one night's stay to your credit card.
For sightseeing tours: If not cancelled one day before and you don't show up, the amount corresponding to the price for choosen tour will be charged to your credit card.
For car rental: If not cancelled one day before and you don't show up, the amount to the rate per day for choosen car will be charged to your credit card.
Question: Is it secure to send you my credit card details?

Yes it is secure thanks we are using encrypted SSL protocol in all our order forms.
Question: Do the prices given for all services include also all the taxes and fees?
Antwoord:
All prices given for accommodation, sighteesing tours and transfers includes all taxes and fees. There is no charge extra.
Car rental rates exclude 19% tax. So, 19% will be given on the top of the price.
Question: Do we have to pay for the accommodation which doesn´t correspondent to the presentation on your websites?
Antwoord:
AlI places we are offering have been carefully and personally checked and they are in fact selected from others acommodation vacancies in Prague for theirs extra value. That´s why you are not excessed with hundreds of these different vacancies and we feel very comfortable about these properly selected and presented ones. If you would be not happy with the place of your accommodation after check in and you would be convinced that it doesn´t correspondent to the information provided by our travel company, than please contact us immediatly. We would definitely help you to find alternative accommodation and you would certainly be not obliged to pay for the previously ordered place of your accommodation. But of course we hope that this situation will never happen.
Question: Do you provide your service also in other destinations than in Prague?

At this moment it is not our regular service but we are able to help you with it on your special personal request.
Question: What is Athos Club and what are the advantages of the membership?
Antwoord:
Athos Club is a benefit programme for Loyal clients of Athos Travel. Thanks to this programme you will have a possibility to claim extensive savings when booking through Athos Travel. Depending on how often is Athos Travel used for buying services you will receive discounts or advantages. With each new realized order you get higher discount on all Athos Travel provided services.
Question: How can I get the membership of Athos Club?
Antwoord:
You can built your own Login and password at our home page (after 1st January 2002). You will receive your Login (your email address) and password (number of 1st realized Order through Athos Travel) in the email from us after your first visit in Prague.
So the next time you can just login with your email and password (which you can also change) and Athos Club will inform you about your current benefit position (situation) and automaticly provide you corresponding discounts and advantages.
Question: Can I share my Athos Club membership with somebody else?
Antwoord:
Yes, membership of Athos Club is transferable, so your family or your friends can use it.
Just pass them your Login and password and they can enjoy your benefits and bring new ones to you for the next order.
Question: I forget my password, what should I do?
Antwoord:
No problem, send us your request for it and we will sent you your password again.
Question: When I can start to use Athos Club benefits?
Antwoord:
Athos Club will start on 1st January 2002. But don´t worry if you made your order before that date. You will recieve your Login and password before the end of this year and your previous order will be counted. So you will not regret booking your holiday before.
