All the apartments in this Residence have been recently renovated and all the historic features have been preserved and stylishly mixed with an ultramodern interior design. Living in this area, so close to the Old Town but without the high prices of the major tourist streets, is very attractive for visitors and residents alike. Please note that there is no TV in the apartments. There is always only a radio available. An extra charge of 10 EUR is requested to guests arriving after 20:00.

where Franz Kafka is buried.
The immense and charming Riegrovy Park is just round the corner, offering you a breathtaking view on the Prague Castle and the Old Town roofs.
The building’s location, a two minute tram ride, eight minute walk from the Old Town, is a key feature.
